MDF Australia greatly appreciates the generous and continuing support given by corporate supporters.
Clayton Utz is a leading Australian law firm. Clayton Utz supports MDF Australia through its pro bono program, which provides legal services for low income and disadvantaged people, and for the not-for-profit organisations which support them. Clayton Utz is serious about pro bono best practice. It was the first large Australian law firm to establish an in-house pro bono practice; the first to appoint a full-time pro bono partner; and the first to sign the National Pro Bono Target for law firms. In 2015, Clayton Utz became the first law firm in Australia to provide 500,000 hours of pro bono assistance (and counting).
The Clayton Utz Foundation provides financial support to charities that have a link to the firm – through its pro bono practice, Community Connect program or the volunteering commitment made by individual partners and employees. Since its establishment, the Foundation has made over $10 million in grants.
